Are these 10 unique pages or 5 unique pages and 5 services with the same template?

For development page count not matter as much as how many unique blocks each page has.

For example image on the left has 5 unique blocks. If any of these blocks repeats on any other pages, they do not increase the estimate.

It takes, on average, 5 hours to build, test, fill with content and launch a unique section.
