Projects with a defined scope of work are being charged as a flat fee, but based on an hourly rate and the number of hours required. This gives you a breakdown of effort and an option to adjust the budget according to the client’s budget.
You won’t be charged extra for the estimated work, even if it took us more effort to complete. Your margins are safe and locked in.
Any extra requests outside of the scope of work could be charged hourly or estimated separately.
Some bugs or small projects are impossible to estimate. These short-term tasks are billed hourly and reported to your agency.
The hourly rate depends on the volume of work you’re doing with us. One-time projects are billed at a 40 USD/hour rate. If you’re doing multiple projects, every next project is billed at a decreased hourly. The more work you trust to us – the lower is hourly rate.
